The mac machine is always not working. The bank employees never call back when they say they will. Just plain unprofessional bank.
Absolutely horrible service. Incompetent staff that cannot resolve any issue. No one seems to know anything about anything here. I've been trying to set up auto pay for my car loan for almost a month now and all they do is refer me to someone else because they're too lazy or incompetent to figure it out themselves. On top of that they're charging me extra insurance even though I have car insurance and when I asked for a refund they refused. Disgusting, will not be using them again.

Absolute trash. I canceled my account 3 separate times. The first being the day my loan was paid off. They keep saying I never did. Now they say I owe fees. I literally send them the cancellation email 3 times with my ID and a hand written note as requested. They owe me $5. Instead they want more money from me. I’ve had it with these morons. Their customer service is horrendous.
