I don’t understand the negative reviews. My husband and I have had nothing but excellent service anytime we call, and we even drove to the main branch to see the place and were impressed. Given the negative reviews, I called the regulatory agency for credit unions, NCUA, and they are in good standing. Don’t let the negative reviews stop you from using this excellent credit union. We spoke to Anthony today and his service, just like all the other times we called, is excellent.
I share the negative reviews of most! I have been with this credit union for decades and the customer service has gotten worse than ever before! They offer nothing for your high balance savings! And cannot handle any simple question being transferred over and over to people that say I can’t help with that! Stay away from this credit union unless you want nothing for your money!!!!

They're usually pretty helpful. Now that I live further down south, It's hard to deposit money if it's not digitally. I have a ton of cash. I can't deposit it because every time I get off work by the time I get to the branch they're closed. Is there a way I could turn this paper cash into digital money? That I can deposit into my account. If it's possible, I'll increase the stars🤣
To the young lady that told me I needed to open up a new bank account at a different bank just to use phone number with my Zella account, this is why this branch has 2.5 stars! Learn your job!!!!!!!!!!!! That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. If you didn't know how to fix the problem, just say that! How about even asking a colleague for help but just making up stuff like this is crazy work!
