Great customer service
Do not... I repeat... DO NOT open an account with CUNJ! I thought they would be a good option for my son to get his first car loan from. He ended up not using them for the loan but had to open an account with them to go through the loan approval process. Its been a year of trying to get them to close his account... and racking up fines and fees all along the way. We called them about 6 months ago, paid a fine and they told up they were closing the account. We just got another letter saying there are "Paper" fees and some oth... read more
They took my car payment out without me knowing.Even though i've never been thirty days late ever on any loans with credit union of new jersey.They tell me about every transaction made through alerts.Except this one I feel deceived and robbed, I am going to bank elsewhere.If you bank here, the banking's not bad, but do not get any loans with them

The staff is nice inside the branch, however the staff that is supposed to update your banking payments and account details! Not good at all, takes them forever to locate your payments, and if you have more than one account with them good luck.all I want is my payments and credit applied with out having to contact a supervisor to every week! This is for all the branches NOT JUST THE EWING LOCATION! Been a member for a long time I may have to leave them due to this constant matter!
