Try borrowing 50k and they place it in the WRONG ACCOUNT! I have been trying for over a week to get it corrected! You CANNOT get a live person and if you do, trust me that they "dont handle that, someone will get back to you". It doesn't happen. The latest is "its under review"; when asked what does that exactly mean, im told "under review". So, there you have it folks. You have enough reviews on here to tell you all you need to know.
This bank has allowed someone to fraudulently open an account in my name. When I call to get assistance they talk in circles and tell me I must visit a branch 2+ hours from my home to seek resolution.
So for the month of September 2025, I've noticed fraudulent recurring charges to my account from a subscription to an electronic book company in California. For the first charge, I notified the credit union of NJ and was given a refund as well as a replacement debit card printed from the Ewing NJ location. Since being issued my card, the same company was Again able to successfully charge my account yesterday (9/25/25).
