I had a accident with a total loss geico paid the car and gap insurance did pay the rest iwas pushing this people to get the money from gap insurance it took almost to months to CUNJ to filled the aplication for it at the end i had to pay $98 in interest because the interest go up by days !! How convinients for me right??? When they delay the gap application 2 months to get more money from customer beside u have to deposit like 10 days before to pay ur car loan !!! I was brought into the fold a couple of years ago under the premise that this was a bank for the working person—but that has not been my experience at all. This organization does not feel like an ally to its customers. Do not bank with CUNJ, lots of hidden fees they don't tell you about. Not beneficial at all. Will be switching banks.
