Complicated loans, impossible transfers, horrifying customer service. Applied to take out a loan to pay off a high rate auto loan. That's it. Somehow I have a credit consolidation loan that caused it to be impossible to pay the original auto loan I intended to pay off. So now not only do I still have to auto loan but I have to pay these people off too. All this did was give me more debt and make life more difficult. Quality assurance is NOT the priority here. Called several times, the surgeons doesn’t recognize my account #, last four digits of SSI#. Long extended hold time before actually speaking to a live person is far from quality. First time calling and waiting on hold for 18 minutes with the recorded system, the call dropped so here I am waiting again. The back was great years ago, now it’s poor service makes me think that anyone really care about their customers here.
The people here are not bad. There were at least 2 people who were helpful. This place is not deaf friendly, which means lack of accessibility for the deaf & hard of hearing. Also, they charge a non-participation fee for not making any transactions each month. In order to avoid it, you must have at least $1,000 or more in the bank and make 5 transactions or more which is considered "Good Standing". I was seriously appalled & confused. There are arbitrary rules and limits to basically hold your money captive. Don't waste your time with accounts because you won't be able to get your money when you need it.
