Absolute trash. I canceled my account 3 separate times. The first being the day my loan was paid off. They keep saying I never did. Now they say I owe fees. I literally send them the cancellation email 3 times with my ID and a hand written note as requested. They owe me $5. Instead they want more money from me. I’ve had it with these morons. Their customer service is horrendous.

Been banking with this bank for 12 years. The service is horrible these days. They sweep your accounts without your knowledge. Many people are experiencing hard times and they just take your money. Then refuse to give it back to you. Customer service is the worst. A lot of back and forth nobody is any help. I’ve been asking for a new credit card for 1 1/2 years now due to mines expiring.
