absolutely wonderful experience with the credit union of georgia’s branch in canton…..shelby was amazing from start to finish…..from my first phone call to her, she answered every question and helped me work through every concern…..her professionalism and kindness was above and beyond…..highly recommend!!!!!!
Shelby and the team at CUofGA Canton did a great job with handling my new loan for a used car. Without asking, Shelby went above and beyond and found me a better interest rate than previously quoted, and answered any questions I had. I did not feel pushed to purchase any peripheral products and they helped me decide on other products besides the loan I wanted to have for my vehicle. I’ve used CUofGA for my previous two vehicle purchases, and will be using them for any future vehicle purchase I make
I just opened an account at the credit union and everyone was very nice. Everyone was helpful and patient. Capri my rep. Went above and beyond to help me. I am very satisfied and hope to be a customer for many years to come.
Shelby gave me great customer service. She was able to finance my car for an amazing rate after Wells Fargo held my car hostage for two years upon losing my husband. Even after they had probate papers from the court giving me possession of my vehicle, they still refused to turn the title over. Shelby helped me with that and saved me a lot of money every month. I’m going to be changing my all of my accounts from Truist to Credit Union of Georgia after the New Year & not looking back.
Hannah Dean is spectacular. I love coming to my bank and seeing her. I specifically got to her lane when she is open and I LOVE that she calls me Mrs. Low. I'd be friends with her, we just laugh and cut up when I see her. Keep up the good work girl!
