Tried to make a loan payment and was charged over $12 to make the payment even though I explained that I tried to make it online and the system told me it had to validate my external account which would take approximately three days even though that’s the only external account I’ve ever used to make the payment. The credit union of Georgia is an amazing bank to start with because they care about each customer as individuals. Shelby Young is one of the most talented and caring bank representatives you will meet. She finds a way to get things done so quickly that you think you are the only customer she has. We have been with the credit union since way back in the 1900’s and love this branch the most. Thank you Shelby and team for your commitment to your customers and not just because they bring income to the bank!

Used to be a great place to keep your $$$ they recently "upgraded" their systems and it's been a disaster for months. They have completely ruined the customer experience with this "upgrade" nothing is accurate in my account, they are randomly rejecting deposits , the mobile app is down 50% of the time and the phone service is on loop so there's no way to speak to anyone to resolve this. I can't get money into my account!
