Sucks at customer service they be acting like their job is so hard always in ugly moods
All communications were far from professional. The emails I received felt like I was in a high school group chat. They tried scamming me multiple times when it came to 'proof of insurance' by saying they wouldn't accept an ID card or a Declaration Page and finalized it by saying I could get my car I financed with them if I paid my 2 months owed... that turned into 3 months... then 4 months... then they took all 4 payments and kept the vehicle anyways after all 4 payments were made in less then 24 hours.
