This is my close to home and neighborhood bank. After COVID my large bank closes its doors near my house I was forced to find something with a shorter commute.
Highly recommend visiting this location. The staff is very pleasant
Excessive wait times. Checks that I wrote are being duplicated from 2 years back. I asked why and they said " That's how our vendor releases checks ". They need more staff and employees who are better trained. Do not use Credit union of Colorado at the Broomfield location. The manager is also incompetent and cannot troubleshoot banking issues
