Highly recommend visiting this location. The staff is very pleasant
Excessive wait times. Checks that I wrote are being duplicated from 2 years back. I asked why and they said " That's how our vendor releases checks ". They need more staff and employees who are better trained. Do not use Credit union of Colorado at the Broomfield location. The manager is also incompetent and cannot troubleshoot banking issues
Made an appointment to speak to an account rep., drove 15 minutes in the middle of the workday - to only be handed a piece of paper. No human interaction. Total waste of my time.
