I received an inquiry on my credit report from this bank. I didn't initiate the request. I called them and filled out an avadavat and sent copies of my drivers license and police report. The bank said they would call me later that day with an update. It's been 8 days and I haven't heard anything. They told me someone applied for credit using my information. I asked for a copy of the application so I know what information of mine is at risk, and can't seem to get a call back.
Kind easy friendly service, one of my favorite branches due to the staff and kindness
People that work here have always been nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate going to this bank.
