Cathy Fisher did an amazing job. Able to answer all my questions and even stayed passed closing to make sure i had everything i needed.

Cathy Fisher is the best. She is responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to help. We have used her 3 times for vehicle loans and she is our go to person at the Goddard branch. If you're looking for a banker that goes above and beyond to help you, go see see Cathy.
it was easy to drive through and withdraw
I have visited this branch multiple times and have been assisted by Teresa every time. I have consistently found her to be unhelpful and lacking knowledge on the company she works for and their processes. On several occasions, she initially informed me that certain tasks could not be completed, only to later proceed with them after I got upset. Horrible customer service, every single time. Just make the trip to Wichita instead for a different CuofA location if you actually want assistance.
