Thief's. Plain and simple. Completely emptied my mother's account without warning. Over 5k just gone with no communication. Now they have the car and 20 months worth of payments. She was forced out of work and that was her money to survive. You think they would care but nope. Credit union either needs to give one of the 2 back. Car or the money. Asap!

When is says open there should be someone there, especially if you work Monday through Friday and need to go to the lobby on Saturday morning. That is false advertising!!! You need to put your hours as open Monday through Friday, CLOSED on Saturday!!! Glad I don’t bank with you!!! Very poor customer service!!!!!
