I bought a 2012 Nissan Murano in Dec. 2023. It is law that they have to give the title to either the finance company or me. The car is financed so the title should have been given to the finance company within 30 days. Well as of Oct 2024, the finance company informed me that they had not received the title.They still do not have it as of today 4/10/25. I give them a negative rating. They were quick to find me a car, but after two months I do not have a tag. I am told that they have not submitted the paperwork. No one answers the phone or returns calls, regardless of the department you try. I will not recommend them to anyone again.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE WITH A BAD DIFFERENTIAL AND THEY IGNORED MY CALLS. COST ME 5,000 TO GET REPAIRS AND STILL HAVING ISSUES. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DECEPTIVE DEALERS OUT FOR YOUR CASH.
