The member service officer Ryan was really helpful getting us a new account opened.
Rita assisted me today with some changes to my account, and she was very helpful and friendly. The staff make going to the bank a pleasant experience, and their warmth and professionalism shows.
Absolute miserable experience if you have to get ahold of them over the phone. Customer service is nonexistent. If zero stars or negative stars was an option I would make several accounts to leave bad reviews with.
I went into the soldotna branch today, and I was greeted and helped by Rita!. She was amazing, I came in very stressed out about my situation and she was so helpful, answered all my questions and solved the problems immediately. I left with no stress!!!..5 out of 5 stars. Thank you Rita!
