Credit Union1 Soldotna has a friendly, "upbeat" and very accommodating staff
Wow so frustrating! Every time I've attempted to use the new automated tellers in the drive thru there's problems. Thought I'd give it another chance as I was in a hurry and had a cash deposit. Tried 3 times and it wudnt accept all my cash. Perfect crisp 50 bill, no creases, corners, excuses. Never cud get it deposited. Went around to go inside to deposit the stupid bill and the line was 6 deep. Nope. So maddening.
Ryan was so kind and so helpful when it came to extending my credit. He also had fidget toys which was a super plus!
They made so many typos upon opening my account if they would have made one more I wouldn’t have been able to even prove who I was to correct them and get my money back. Birthdate and social security among the biggest. Too risky to bank with when there’s other banks right next to them.
