Angelica at the Matteson branch helped me with opening my account. She did an excellent job explained everything throughout the process. She was prompt and quick! Would highly recommend her!

The hours are inconvenient. I am asked to make an appt for simple assistance with accts. . A few accts were closed without my knowledge and no ATM full-service is available to access my own money. This new platform is not customer friendly at all. I am very disappointed. .
