I called the Matteson office yesterday (4/10/26) afternoon, received a recording that I am second in line, then told to leave a message for a callback. I left message, no one ever called me back. I called this morning (4/11/26 @9:02) when they supposedly opened at 9:00 am. Received a recording that I'm calling "outside of business hours," then transferred to Luna. I called again at 9:20, put on hold, then disconnected. I How in the heck do I actually get to talk to a PERSON at this office?

I opened a checking and savings account with Credit Union 1 today and had a wonderful experience thanks to Angelica Guzman. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Angelica made me feel welcome, was quite knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, so it was nice to work with someone who seemed to genuinely care about the customer experience. I highly recommend asking for her when visiting the Matteson, IL location.
