Brittany was amazing and helped me reopen my recently closed account. I was able to keep my same debit card and she was very fast and explained everything to me!
Why cant I get my balance. You're paying you call employees too much money when they cant eve give you a balance mover the line. Why is this? Because of all the confusion on y ou ur end, I'm switching to CEFCu. Why cant anybody on the phone tell me my bank balance. August 2022... just wanted to know if the College Street location had moved to Wabash St yet. BOUNCED AROUND PRESSING BUTTON AFTER BUTTON AND ON HOLD FOR 12 MINUTES JUST TO GET AN ANSWER!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS IN THE TOILET!!! Used the drive through today. Charmaine was prompt, friendly, accurate and a pleasure to deal with. They were out of $100 bills but that wasn't her fault. Have used the credit union for over 40 years and highly recommend it.
Amy is great! She is always so friendly. She is one reason I love coming to Credit Union One. She should be a trainer because she is always friendly, and gives great customer service. Amy is #1 in my book. Thank you.
We do much of our banking at Credit Union One with Linda, Tim and the entire staff. We very much like the friendly atmosphere and the attention to detail we receive. We highly recommend CU1.
