What does it take to get someone from credit union 1 on the phone, every time I try to call there office I get hung up on if I could give them less stars I would my have to move my account to another Establishment
I have been a member of Credit Union 1 & their affiliates for 33 years. I enjoy the convenience of having this branch in Libertyville. It is one of the reasons I joined all of those years ago. Through out those years I have dealt with quite a few tellers, assistant managers & managers. Some very nice & some not so nice. Two of the lady's that have been there for the longest duration are Channing & Brenda. Both very knowledgeable in their jobs, courteous & pleasant to talk with.
