Barb Shoaf did an amazing job for me today. I had a large deposit that had a hold on it, which wasn't due to be released for quite some time. I explained to Barb the need for an urgent work around as I needed availability to the funds sooner than the release date. She told me what she needed from me, and like magic she got the hold released! Great Work! Thank you Barb!
