DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY (CREDIT SERVICE SOUTHWEST LA) They will call you stating you are in collections and you have to pay the to get it off your credit. They will also send you an email with a "payment portal" that is very strange to use to make a payment. This company seemed to be scam, so I contacted the company directly that the original bill was with. These people added charges to my credit report that don’t exist and I have no knowledge of the account and they have not provided one single piece of legit evidence as required by LAW to do.
