The women in this office are my spirit animals!! Totally compassionate and helpful, jumping in to help with insurance correcting claims for Acadian Ambulance balance billing us for my husband's AirMed after a gunshot wound. They are so courteous and determined and it is MUCH appreciated after months of insurance calls. 5 stars!
Doesn't follow hippa regulations one bit. Owner lets sister rampage and pick on employees she doesn't like and then just says to deal with it. Then will talk about you and pick on you behind your back. Very hostile environment to work in. The commission plan is a joke too! Owner is in it for himself. He also brags about the council not allowing the mayor to make decisions for himself and cutting him off.
I called concerning an unexpected bill. Unexpected because I thought it was taken care of after a conversation over a month ago with an employee named Tim Smith of this collection agency. He was supposed to contact me if he had any problems with my insurance but I received no calls nor voicemail from him. So I was indeed initially upset when I received a bill that stated that I was ignoring their request for payment.
