Yall are making payments? How did you even get someone to answer the phone? I've been calling for two days and get nothing but voice mail.
I have paid them all or if not the majority 4 months later showing up on my credit report
Like every other review on here, I made payments to them and settled my account, only to notice 4 or 5 months later that it was still showing up on my credit report. Ridiculous. I don't understand how people that are this incompetent are given the power to affect your credit score. They need to do better.
Paid the balance off, and still show on my credit report. Do anyone know who I can report them too, is it the BBB? When calling know one answers the phone to discuss the problem at Valley Credit Services when being transferred.
