*** ******* ******* **** - CRR is one of the best companies I have ever used. Great value for their services. Very effective - two years ago my average credit score between the three bureaus was about 500, now is 730. My representative Tam has been a great coach. Cleaning up credit is not as easy as "pay it all off". There are techniques and strategies that a layman (like me) does not know, but Tam/CRR does. I have recommended CRR to family members, it works for them too. CRR is no joke - use them.

I experienced the same as Molly did had to call and remind them of my 45 day review. Only had 2 challenges sent out although they claim they challenged everything which was untrue. Serious lack of communication within the organization. The one person I dealt with seemed to be knowledgeable. I don’t think they are a scam or after your money but I do think they need better organization. I stopped paying when things became slower and the 45 days became longer. I have heard the owner Chad give a presentation at the annual credit repair convention in Las Vegas. He was phenomenal and if he was chosen to educate other credit repair companies that really says something!
My husband and I used this company for credit repair purposes. They charged us over $100 over three months with the expectation of an update at 45 days. There was also an initial $300+ start up cost. The update never came and we continued to be charged. We left several voicemails and emails for an update and to resolve the issue and none were returned.
