I started out with Michael who never did a thing for me. If it was not for Ginger Downs who help me to get my credit repaired I would be still waiting. Michael left this poor woman repairing credit that was not hers. I like to thank Ginger for helping me get my credit repair so I can get a house. This is the worst company I ever deal with. My husband and I went to them in April of last year we was dealing with her Husband ( Michael McDonald) he personally did help us out but then he said that his wife Ginger will be taking over and to contact her. So we reached out to her and had an appointment so she said in order for her to repair our credit we will have to pay a fee of $500 but let me remind you we paid them in full the first day we went to them to repair our credit. After about 8 months with no results they wouldn't return any of my phone calls. Had to go in. Was told by Michael that he was putting me on gingers plan. She said she would call and set up a time. Still haven't received a call and won't return my calls. Just want my money back at this point. It has been a year and a half and nothing removed from my credit.
Great Company! Jennifer Huntley was an awesome realtor and Ginger is wonderful with mortgages. Highly recommend.
