Pretty unprofessional and disrespectful interaction over a bill I didn't know I had. I went down to pay the collection amount and expected their "collection fees" but they also charged me for court costs that were NEVER even filed. Later discussed this with a coworker of mine who's wife worked there and I was informed that his wife often looked up their coworkers for fun to see if they were in the system, as well as confirmed that she stated "they do it all the time" in the office.
