Had to wait way to long with 2 people in front of me in the lobby
Who decided to rename this credit union to Credit Human? That is one of the weirdest decisions made by a company ever seen. What does it mean? If someone is from out of San Antonio they have no clue this is a credit union much less the original reason it was founded. Based upon the name I would never use this CU.
I thought the purpose of a drive thru was for convenience. How is opening at 8am convent?? At least open at 7:30am. I remember when I worked IN THIS VERY THRU we opened 10 mins early as a convenience. Times have changed
