Horrible. Moved from another bank to this... worst decision ever. Hold on my checks, Horrible hours ans if someone is at the ATM talking to a representative, I have to wait 20 min to make a withdrawal at the ATM. DONT bank here, save yourself.
Had to come in because my checking account was shut down out of left field and wanted to get it reinstated. Ruben was so amazing and helpful and was able to get my new checking account up and running
Really enjoy my visits here when Ruben Aguilar is working that day he greets me at the door And takes care of my needs in a quick manner thank you Ruben.
