The absolute WORST service ever Theyre called Credit Human yet have virtual no contact with humans..all transactions are done on the ITMs, rather than tellers. Human..no, NOT AT ALL!

This location is horrible, from the top down. The leadership here is beyond horrible. They do NOT help customers that need help. I had a Fraudulent Case going on, and they offered no help in getting what I needed, I was not told to fill out forms that were required, they kept giving me the run around for almost 2 months. They looked annoyed every time I walked into the building cause they knew what I was going to ask. Input in my name and waited 30 min and there were 2 customers ahead of me w/ 2 clerks/employees serving a customer each. Stepped out to get gas at HEB and received a text that I was soon to be called and head to the lobby. Returned to the lobby w/in the minute only to realize they called my name already. So almost one hour of my time waisted. This location appears very busy and way understaffed.
