Daphne was amazing in helping me out with my account! my account was locked as someone was committing fraud on it and daphne helped me investigate and get a new account set up no problem. She stayed a little after closing just to make sure i got everything i needed! 10/10 recommend
It feels like a friendly envitment, willing to answere any question, the have some issues with the cashier but they resolve at the momement
Just had the most pleasant experience with Deborah. She was very helpful and very professional. This was my first time visiting this location but will now be my go to for my credit union needs.
We went in to close the account we haven't used in years but thanks to Deborah and her explanation of the benefits of keeping it, we decided against it. It's a great location, short wait time, and customer service was wonderful!
Had the privilege of being helped by Mrs. Daphne Rodriguez. She accommodated me thoroughly and did everything in her power to make sure I left satisfied and heard out. She took her time walking me through all the steps and the whole process of a dispute. She was honestly the best Credit Human employee I’ve dealt with. Location is clean, and very friendly. I highly recommend going to Daphne for help and any questions you may have.
