We worked with Debbie on opening numerous accounts as well as purchasing CD s and she was so patient and kind. My mother and I had a lot of questions and made a couple changes, and Debbie made us feel at ease. She is professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend her and the location for any banking needs!!
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Deposited it through an ATM and the in person teller helped me count it and sort it into stacks while the online teller checked to make sure everything was going through. Excellent service.

I am overwhelmed with the quality of their customer service today! As soon as you walk in people are asking what you need and they’re ready to help you. I was helped by Daphne, Debbie, and Sam and all of them went out of their way to accommodate me. I got there at 4:30 to open new business accounts and they were very pleasant and helpful. My son & I came in to the Dove Creek center and he was fortunate enough to be assisted in opening several accounts by this gentleman, Samuel. We had a lot of questions & very specific needs and we were able to get the clarity & confidence to make the appropriate decisions with Sam’s knowledge, affable personality & guidance.
