These people are acting illegally in their harassment and outreach attempts. They continue to call me, contact me, and leave messages regarding my brother stating he owes money but they refuse to provide me any further information. I have told them multiple times that I do not have contact with him and do not have any idea where he is. These people use robot dialing which is illegal for cell phone contact. Record them, report them, and there are ways to get them fined. I don't owe anybody anything and they are trying to reach someone who had my number before. Very annoying...and illegal.
This has got to be the worst process ever! I have paid my account off, was told at the beginning of the month that there was a letter in the mail verifying the pay off, and we are not going into the end of the month and I still haven't received a letter. Not to mention, their system is always down and they can't tell me any information. They must have used the same company as Obama did to do Obamacare...
I have worked with Credit Financial Services for years and I could not be happier. Compared to other collection agencies that I have worked with, they are the most helpful and friendly group. I like the ability to report accounts directly online and being able to check a patients status with the click of a button. The convenience of reporting payments online is a plus as well.
