Negative stars is not an option, but agreeing with all those before me. There are nice ways to attempt to collect money owed, and there are nasty ways, and unfortunately this company uses mean and rude tactics. I wish the companies that HIRE them to collect could talk to Karen Day on the phone. She doesn't explain what's happened, doesn't take time to try and collect, just threatens you, says she will take it to court, and then hangs up on you. Horrible company, that has been in business way too long in AR.

I want to give negative stars. Karen Day is rude. I was confused trying to gain a better understanding and she hung up on, saying I'm the one with the attitude. Now, my phone calls go unanswered. I'm still confused with how I even have debt to collect. They have my name, address, and phone number, but Karen was saying they don't have my information. It seems when you ask her to think she gets upset.
Good ol' Karen up at this place has no due diligence and likes to try collecting on deceased people. What a disgrace...
if i could leave 0 stars i would. Karen Day has been calling me 2 days in a row about “debt” i have and when i tell her the first chance i get i will call my insurance company and sort it out, she asked my address, i confirm it, and she says “i can’t help you” and hangs up the phone. i call back multiple times and it rings twice, and i get hung up on. SO rude and unprofessional.
