The app is easy to navigate through filling out the application. Online application took about amount of time it would take me to finish having a smoke. Absolutely incredible customer service. Had an issue with IBV, they dealt with it swiftly & made sure I got what I needed when I needed it. Super appreciative of the amazing service received! :) ^ had the same issue as they haven’t fixed their system .. they ran through their auto message that they won’t help for three days — had to figure it out with the other company myself as they were unwilling to help. I’ve used credit club quite a bit and honestly they are great! Once my payment is taken out I can renew less then 24 hours after and the renewal process is less then 10 minutes from start to money in your account. All in all great company.
