Very friendly, professional staff
10/10 dont work here. the supervisor Josh was the most unprofessional human being. As is Robbie (VP at the time). Absolutely nobody should be told they are useless! yet these 2 idiots still have employment. Yes i dedicated 5 years of services. Never called out! Like Never!! The old Supervisor was amazing while she worked there.
Customer service is horrible. If you want to be belittle and threaten for being 2 days late then go to them.
I go in Credit Central today at 12:20 to pay my bill . Instead of the person working in there acknowledging me,She continue to carry on a conversation with a customer about a motorcycle for at least 10. . I stood up and she still didn't acknowledge me so I just left out . I assume they don't want their money. They have very poor customer service
Made my first payment and it was a smooth process and they offered tax services I had no idea they did taxes, this is a one stop shop !
