Extremely rude. When I asked about a loan they transferred my call several times before hanging up. I called back gave them my info and they said it would take 20min. I called back after 45mins to them telling me they couldn't do anything I'd receive a letter explaining why. Then an hour later the same office calls me to get in touch with so and so who owes them money. Smh no wonder they ignore you. Completely unprofessional. You would get more emotion from a robot!
My husband took out a loan with his company. I had to leave my job due to medical issues and we have filed bankruptcy. This company has harassed us to the point of going to my husband's job after being told not to contact him at his place of employement. When he told them he could loose his job over it they told him that was his problem. Well, a lawsuit will be their problem next.
