Counselor Rene Viloria did an excellent job of explaining the HECM to us. We went over all the numbers and options available to us, and all of our questions were answered satisfactorily. Rene also pointed out many of the benefits that may be available to us in the "Use Your Home" booklet.

I have to thank and compliment Mr. Messerschmidt on his professional manner and understandable explanation of how Reverse Mortgages work. I now feel more comfortable knowing the pro's and con's of what this process involves. Today was the scariest day of my life but Mr Messerschmidt was so helpful and his explanation and pointers helped me so much and most of all his understanding took the edge off. He is very firm but kind and thorough and yes due to his explanation of things I passed my quiz he slipped in there on me I Want to thank Mr.Bill for everything and helping me to understand what a reverse mortgage is all about and making sure my finances where in order.. I was a little apprehensive about such a life changing decision but after talking with Bill Messerschmidt my concerns no longer exist. He did an excellent job of explaining the process and the benefits of reverse mortgage. Additionally he provided me with helpful information on benefits I was unaware existed and how to access them.
