They refused to take my money when I tried to pay, made me go through their attorneys office... Since I paid through their attorneys office they refused to give me anything stating it was paid because the attorney had to do... They are very rude even after you no longer owe anything. There is nothing in place to keep these people in check. Companies like this are the lowest of the low, pathetic, and honestly to the definition do nothing less than harass you.
Do literally what ever you have to in order to stay away from this place. Don’t work for them, don’t call them. They are incredibly rude. Nothing says “I’m a good business” like making money off the necks of people during a pandemic. Also they are HIGH KEY violating federal law... because forget HIPPA laws...
Very rude. Even if you try to settle a debt with monthly payments they will not accept it. They expect for you to get in more debt to pay them just becuse you have credit available. Hard to try to negotiate with them.
Sue them!!! Don't take their calls.
