Also known as Rash Curtis Collection Agency. They enjoy being sadistic automatons who get to exercise their passive/aggressive personality disorders over the anonymity of the telephone. The paranoia aspect of their personalities convinces them that every caller is lying to them. They then base their customer services on these qualities. Rude, condescending, hostile. Will mess with your mental wellbeing. Call you several times a week, at work and early morning. I am glad I am done with them. It took years because I couldn't handle going in there and had to psych myself up just to pay every month

I had a Collection at credit bureau of ukiah over the yearsand actually had an automatic payment scheduled to come out of my bank automatically for years and when rash Curtis and associate took over the credit bureau of ukiah they automatically wiped out my payment plan and wouldn't allow me to set up another payment plan because it wasn't enough and then they garnished my wages and the bill that I had been paying off went from 13 or $1400 to eight or 900 and then because they wiped out my payment plan it skyrocketed back up... read more
