If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering. The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Like 94% of the population, I don’t answer calls from unknown numbers, so it is crucial that you make reaching out to you guys a smooth accessible option.. I’ve tried calling this place in order to pay them at least 10 times. I’ve been transferred then dropped, or more often, my calls go to someone named Max Garmin’s voicemail that says he is in the office but can’t take my call… I literally just want to make payment.
