Extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional people. Added collection on my file that belongs to someone else and did not help upon being called.
Collection Agents. Paid my debt to them, 2 months later they're still reporting the debt as outstanding, causing me to have lost a mortgage.
They have been calling for years to collect on a debt that belongs to someone else. I blocked their number but and they don’t call anymore but they’ve found a way to leave voicemail messages without my phone ever ringing. So, I have been deleting these messages, I once every day or two, for years.
Very rude behaviour without any reason
This agency keeps calling our number after being told multiple times that the person they are trying to reach no longer has this number. This has been going on for years. This is illegal!
