Is there any way we can make a payment on line ?????
My husband and I have several bills with TRMC. The ladies I have spoken with at CBA have all been very nice, pleasant and helpful when I contacted them about consolidating our bills so that we would have only one payment monthly. Thank you for your assistance and respectfulness!
Just talked to them to ask about my account number. They were very nice and easy to work with. Wish all debt collection services were this nice.
I have never had any problems with CBA. All of the employees that I have dealt with have always been polite and eager to help me. I was having problems paying my bills. They worked with me and let me set up monthly payments. I liked it because I only had to pay one payment and I had 4 or 5 different bills.
Not only do they call you 3 times a day every day but when every person so far that I have talked to spoke to me in a very condescending tone--lecturing and being judgmental. I have a very limited income and attempt to pay my bills on time. I have been very depressed today following my interaction with the Credit Bureau. from now on--I will ask any business that I do business with if they use CBA of Tifton. If they do--I will not do business with them.
Called me about a bill, that I didn't even know about, then proceeded to threaten me with legal action. She then stated, "Don't waste my time, if you aren't going to pay it" after I had already agreed to set up a payment plan. I then told her not to talk to me like that, and asked her who she thought she was. She then hung up on me! How do people like that stay employed? lindsey,is the most nastiest person I've ever dealt with in my entire Life ! She has no business dealing with the public. She not only threatened me, but like a child she hung up on me. The likes children working in a business like yours, you must be desperate for help! I feel I deserve an apology, but will not hold my breathe till I get one. Someday she will know what it feel like to be talked to the way she talk to me as I've heard my whole " What goes around comes around" I just pray this is read by the right person that ... read more
