I defaulted on my loan they took the car sold it ..& told me I had to pay still after they received monies but was charging the full amount without deducting what they received...as now I can see they were a fraudulent company
I have been making automated payments monthly with no issues until January 1, 2022. The website I was using is no longer accessible. I have called the customer service number and it does not even ring and eventually just disconnects. I do not know how to make a payment or who to contact to assist. My only other option was to send a payment via mail with an old 2020 payment coupon I dug up.
