Same issue as previous review. Never got lien release from them. Called few times. They said they mailed it in the end. 4 weeks later nothing in the mail. No tracking number and no way to find the paperwork now. Stay away if you don’t want to have issues when vehicle is paid off.
Very unprofessional I'm trying and waiting for the final paper letter to cleaning th line holder name from my title of my semi trailer and not answer the email and not answer the phone very bad communication if you're guys not do God job stay in and take food stamps.
