We will not be bringing our child back. In less than six months, our son was moved to three different classrooms, which is very disruptive for young children who need consistency and routine to learn. The school changes teachers daily, so children don’t get the stability they need. One serious incident occurred where our son was left with a dirty diaper for too long, which resulted in a severe burn, and we had to take him to the doctor. I would strongly caution any parent considering this daycare. My child was bitten four times in just 2.5 weeks—with the first two incidents never reported to me. I only found out after noticing the injuries myself and bringing it to management’s attention. They assured me they would be removing the child responsible, but that never happened, and my child was bitten again. Outstanding Care from Day One! Creative World Oakestead has been our family’s second home for years. Both of my children have attended since they were babies, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience.
