I have been thinking about posting this review a few times, and it’s being hard to find the most meaningful words. Our son was there for a few years and after that our baby girl grew with the creative world family. Our family has had an incredible experience with Creative World! Our daughter was the very first child enrolled when the school opened, and from day one we were so impressed with the level of care, love, and attention she received. When our son was born, there was no question where he would go. Both of our kids started in the infant room as babies and stayed all the way through VPK… then into the aftercare program. ***UPDATE - Response to Owner: Telling me that you have "no record" of attendance is dismissive, shows low effort, and does NOT address the concerns. I have all my records and receipts. Other reviews also describe communication issues so you can start there. The communication at this place is deplorable!! With every new director, multiple dates, times, policies, procedures, etc were simply ignored or sent out incorrectly...Constantly! The communication at this place is deplorable!! With every new director, multiple dates, times, policies, procedures, etc were simply ignored or sent out incorrectly...Constantly! Elaine, the current director who yells, shouts and has awful interpersonal skills, takes NO accountability for sending/giving out wrong information to parents. Following her poor lead, the assistant director does the same thing - Nods her head, files your feedback in the trash, and processes your payment. We had an amazing experience having our child attend vpk here. Our daughters teachers were Mrs Lourdes and Mrs yohira. They were the perfect balance of fun and structure. I will definitely be requesting them when my 2 year old grows old enough to attend vpk!
