My kids have been attenting the Creative World at Cross Creek for almost a year now and they absolutely love the place and the staff! My oldest had issues adapting when he first started due to his ADHD and focus issues, and the coordination called me for a meeting. They explained all they were noticing and we worked together to help him to improve. One month later, he was a completely different kid. They always heard my concerns and addressed it properly. I couldn’t be more happier!

My child has been attending this place for the past two years, and he absolutely adores it. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Miss Mariam, Nya, Vishme, D, Emily and Kiana. My son especially enjoys the activities organized by Miss Mariam in the exploratorium. She ensures that every child participates and has a wonderful time learning new things.

Sadly because it wasn't a viable drive anymore I had to remove my child from a ready great preschool and we landed at creative world. Hygiene is a concern, smells are a concern, there isn't really a cleaning crew, they rely on teachers to clean their space. Teachers are not cleaners. I have only been there since October of last year and there has been a lot of turnover and things get lost in the shuffle. My daughter’s teachers, Mrs. Pamela and Mrs. Coleen, are truly amazing and have made such a positive impact on her. Ms. Nya and the rest of the staff are always professional and consistently greet everyone with kindness, whether in the classroom or at the front desk. The school maintains a welcoming environment that makes families feel supported. I’m grateful for the care and dedication they show every day.
