RecommendedI am currently taking Gentle Yoga classes with Susan & she is amazing, calming & very knowledgeable. I feel better with every class & only wished I started sooner! I have back issues and Susan is helping me with that. All the instructors here are awesome and you leave with a great feeling of accomplishment & Zen.

I had a massage by Amy last week and she was amazing. Very kind, knowledgeable, and I felt at ease during my appointment. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends. I drive all the way from amherst and I won't be going anywhere else for my massages from now on. I wish I could give her more stars. Thanks Amy! ��������������
I took the most amazing class today with Susan. She is an incredibly gifted teacher and a really lovely person, as well. I am hooked! Can't wait to take my next class in the beautiful space they have created!
I can't say enough good things about this establishment. I've been taking the Introduction to Yoga class there and it's been top notch at every step. Susan is amazing, kind, intuitive and so impressively knowledgeable. I feel like I've learned so much in just a short period of time. I will definitely be signing up for more classes and have been suggesting to everyone in my friends and family to come here. Fantastic, welcoming, atmosphere. I highly suggest anyone stop in and see what they have to offer!
