Do not do any business with this company. I went there in July 2024, spent a lot of time working out my dining table design, size, etc., was told it was nothing difficult, paid $1,000 deposit (in July), then got periodic txt/emails that 'we are progressing with your dining table', then on the 10th October 2024, was contacted and told that they were cancelling my order, as they couldn't provide what they said they could. I am still waiting for my $1,000 deposit to be refunded.
I commissioned a resin dining table at a cost of over $4,000. We went through a very detailed design process and were very specific with colour choices etc. They requested full payment at the time of order. First mistake on my behalf. I raised my concerns over colours when sent progress photos and was assured it would be fine. The table was then delivered with incorrect colours and no further notice of the issue. Ayla did a great job designing my work desk for my study. Absolutely brilliant job. Secon piece of work done by Creative Timber which is top notch. John and team made us a, custom fireplace surround in slab cut to size and polished. Fantastic service and product.
