Nicole and Bryan made my remodel so much less overwhelming! They helped us select multiple kinds of tile and facilitated everything smoothly. I was even able to order a single piece of tile for same-day pickup when I had a tile emergency. Note: they are BUSY all the time, so definitely make an appointment so you can get their full attention. Don't expect to walk in and get a ton of help choosing tile without calling ahead of time.
This is a gem of a place-- Nicole curated a lovely selection of tiles that worked for our space and helpfully reduced decision-fatigue. Brian went the extra mile to help me when I made novice renovation mistakes and needed extra tile at the last minute. In an era of automated megastores, Creative Surfaces reminded me what customer service is. I cannot recommend them more. Thanks a bunch.
