These are a wonderful group of individuals that work together to meet all types of business needs. They are extremely knowledgeable, polite and easygoing to work with. The accounting dept is on point, and they always thrive to keep businesses functioning accurately. If you're looking for a company to meet your accounting needs, give them the opportunity. If I could give him a 0 I would!!!!! Horrible customer service I got a penalty bc he didn’t submit my taxes on time be careful !!! He doesn’t care and never replay Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
Not friendly and lacks customer service skills in the office. Creative doesn't mean Correct accounting.....
I have been working with Creative Solutions for well over 15 years. I can say that they have always provided the best and most prompt service. David has always been available and his advice is the best. I have never had an issue and would never think of going anywhere else. I have been fortunate to be able to do taxes, my payroll and bookkeeping here. Their service is excellent and the team is absolutely kind, responsive and prompt.
