Phil and his team are extremely professional and organized. They kept me up to date with the entire process of debt recovery. Although their fees may seem high at first, it was worth every penny. Without their help and team, I would’ve collected $0. I would recommend them 100%.
They have terrible service, Chad is abrassive and rude, no compassion, not willing to work with their clients, they DON'T care about anyone's personal situation. Very POOR service! Do no recommend.
We sent a couple outstanding accounts to this company and even mailed a check received from a customer turned into their collections, but nothing has been received as far as the balance after their fees are deducted. Also, we have NOT been able to get in contact with them for about 2 months. Numerous calls, voicemails, and emails have been sent and we never get a response. No one is even working from home during COVID? This seems very questionable.
5 stars all around for this company! They did an amazing job in collecting an old judgment I had. Alex was my representative and he was always very helpful and responsive to my questions. A++++!!
