Creative Playthings is a great company to work with. I have been working with Ashley Pennie and she is a go getter and has help me tremendously. I would give this company an A+ rating that stands behind their product.
Worst Customer Service Ever!!! placed an order middle of July, they put the wrong shipping label on and mailed me the wrong order. Refuse to send me a shipping label so that I can return the order. Asked them to reship my order and still no reply. I have called and emailed their customer care manager who is not returning any of my calls. Entire order was paid in full in JULY when I placed it.
I have a warranty issue with my swing set that has a lifetime warranty. I have been in touch with customer service for 14 months. Today after paying for a service call, so they can “order” the parts. No one showed up. No one calls back. Worst company EVER
I have reached out to the company several times for help as one of my pats on my ladder was rotting despite the fact that I have reapplied a finish every year since I bought it. I was even willing to pay for the parts I needed but they wouldn’t even show me the courtesy of a reply.
