The company was quick to take our order and our money but when the pieces arrived damaged, it took weeks for the sales person at the Pembroke location, Geoff, to respond. After several emails and phone calls he finally placed an order for replacement pieces and acted very concerned though never apologized for ignoring me. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and Geoff went ahead and processed replacement pieces which were supposedly 3 weeks out. They sprayed the paint protective on the swingset too late and it froze creating a permanent icy glaze all over it. They have promised for 6 months to come and power wash and repaint the swingset but all I’ve been getting is the run around from therm. They’ll sure take your money right away though.
I would not recommend buying a basketball system from them. I recently purchased a Goalrilla system, which is not cheap, and paid an additional $499 for professional installation. The anchor system was installed crooked and now my hoop isn’t facing straight across the driveway, it is angled to the left. If I want to shoot straight on, I can’t stand directly across from hoop, I need to move at least a foot to my right. Given what it cost me, I’d expect it to be perfect.
