We love Creative Playthings! I had a set as a kid and bought one for my daughter about a year ago. It's held up perfectly and the customer service from this store is unmatched! The set up was easy and replacing a part was surprisingly simple. Working with this whole team has been easy and we LOVE our playset. My daughter uses it in rain, snow, and sunshine. I was weary about going here reading other reviews, but I had a great experience. The worker was very polite, professional, and respectful. There was no pressure to purchase at all. The products appeared to be high quality and there were many options. They were also very kid friendly and not at all worried when kids were running around and trying various sets out. I would go here again.
Richard (Fagan) was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the equipment so that our experience at the Acton store was just excellent.
Excellent showroom, very friendly and helpful staff. We're currently in the process of purchasing and installing our swing set this spring and it's been a very easy process so far.
