Great experience from sales to installation. We love it!
We purchased a swing set years ago. It wasn’t cheap, and it’s still going. The issue I have is I keep getting marketing email from them. This is were the problem starts. When the “Covid” insanity started my daughter wanted the tire swing. I contacted Creative Playthings and was told they won’t sell me one. They are only selling them to new customers. Yet, I dropped serious cash with them. I went to another company and there wasn’t any issues.
Visiting in-store and the lady was nice. Went to the website and every page, every item I view brings that obnoxious chat pop-up and sound. Every. Single. Time. Closed the tab. I'll be sure to visit this page again when I want to relive the 1990s internet experience again.
