One of the best ever made
I called the rite people,my new playset was installed perfectly and on time as promised.Linda was easy to work with and all the staff worked together to keep me updated on arrival time. The gentleman who installed the playset was efficient at installing the playset and took time to make sure it was safe for my family and took extra care to anchor it in as a cleet into ground.Great quality and no mess.I highly recommend this company for your first swing set great design that will stand test of time!
was looking to purchase a swingset for my kids and was going to get a cheap one but went in for the big swingset. Linda at the holliston store was super responsive and knowledgeable and gave me all kind of advise. had to wait for 5 weeks to get it installed due to everyone purchasing swingsets during the pandemic but was completely worth the wait. the kids love the swingset and the installation guys showed up 2 hours earlier and got it all done within 2 hours. def. worth spending the extra money on the swingset! go see linda... read more
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are looking for a jaded sales pitch with rude inclination, this is the place to go....save yourself the headache and drive 30 minutes for another company.
We were thinking to put a playset in out backyard. We did a lot ofresearch and decided to go with Creative Playthings. We went to the Holliston office, because it is closer to where we live. The manager came over and did a site inspection, making sure everything was OK. We went over to their office and spent a good amount of time trying out different playsets and combinations.
