Reached out to CP because of personal recommendation. Called 3 times to before finally getting a response. Provided details about my business, was told to expect a call same day. Never heard back. Finally called to follow up and "wasn't in their system." If you don't want me as a client, fine, just say so. I was polite and clear. Was transferred to voicemail. Then I started to read up on them... yikes! I guess I dodged a bullet. Wildly unprofessional.
