Be prepared to see your sign fully covered in snow for almost 3 months in winter time. Their rate only guarantees 80% coverage each year, this allows the sign to be obstructed up to 72 days. And yes, you pay the monthly rate even if your sign is completely covered by snow for the whole month.
I am a customer and will continue, however, customer service is very bad at this company. Several time I have asked for info and been told it would be looked into and they will get ack to me. They never get back to me. Product is acceptable, customer service sucks.
Last year I engaged with the local (Hamilton Area) COA representative (Anthony Plati) and entered into an agreement for 12 months and 3 locations. Unfortunately about half way through the contract, business was slower than expected and I was looking to cut some costs so I engaged with the local agent and asked to cancel ASAP. At that time the local rep said (essentially) sorry you singed a contract for 1 year so the soonest you can cancel will be Feb 2025.
