Alert--Do not honor warranty. Doug Ellis refuses to honor the warranty on a Knoll life chair and instead calls it "wear and tear." The arm pads literally cracked and fell to pieces and I was only able to hold them together using a tape. But according to Doug, that is still wear and tear and simply "no covered under warranty."
